Dubai-based Ukrainian singer-songwriter Sansi Slava started piano and vocal lessons at the Stefan Turchak music school at the age of 4.

Music has been in her blood since day one. By age five she performed and won multiple singing competitions by the age of seven, including the title Mini Miss of Kyiv.

In 2012, she joined the prestigious Kyiv Academy of Circus And Variety Arts. She stayed for 5 years and achieved a first degree in singing and later as Director of Theatre.

With her degrees in tow she took herself to China doing vocal show performances before returning to Kiev to play with her band most weekends. In 2017 she was offered the opportunity to work at a music venue in Dubai, UAE. She has just launched her own music career as an independent artist writing all her materials.

What part of the creative process did you enjoy the most?

Well, when the muse strikes! It's like thunder, sudden unexpected, and into the heart good I have a voice recorder on my phone, always with me, ready for the new idea

Do you consider yourself a perfectionist?

‍Oh God! Yes. In every aspect of my life.

Any advice to aspiring artists?

Just enjoy yourself, and others will feel the vibe and share your joy with you! Be true to your self.
