Turning to her culture with aims to bridge the gap between the Western and the Eastern worlds.

With a big middle finger to the conventional music industry, independent artist Lana Lubany is back on February 22nd with ‘THE SNAKE’, a hypnotizing, bilingual dark-pop song about losing your innocence and realizing it is bad in the world. A song half in English, half in Arabic, half a beautiful ballad, and half a bass-filled ticking time bomb, the masterpiece takes the listener on a hysterical journey, from hopelessness to a sense of full control.

As an artist that has been searching for her sound and trying to make it for years, Lubany finally decided she was going to do everything independently, without needing the help of anyone. She turned to her culture, with aims to bridge the gap between the Western and the Eastern worlds, and found a unique sound that has not failed to impress those who have had a chance to hear it.

‘THE SNAKE’ is the first track of a concept project ‘THE HOLY LAND’, which covers relatable topics using the Palestinian/American artist’s environment growing up, appealing to her sizeable audience of over 100k on Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube, which is rapidly growing every day.
The now London-based artist is bringing her fans along her journey on social media, showing the world what it is like to be an independent music artist trying to make it big.
